Anu’s collection is a mosaic that combines policy-making, industrial enterprise management, education and international projects. In her roles as CEO, adviser to the ministry, and project manager, she has consistently been the initiator of new directions.

Strengths: determination, ability to explain complex topics in simple terms, experience in managing systemic changes. She finds balance in equestrian sports and books.

Linda’s path to sustainability was through finance and people management. She worked as an accountant and HR manager for 17 years, responsible for hundreds of employees while overseeing occupational safety and risk analysis processes. This laid a strong foundation for precision and systematicity, which she now applies to the field of environment and sustainability.

Strengths: analytical precision, calm project management, explaining complex data. In her spare time, she draws inspiration from hiking trails, photography, and the tennis court.
